AQUATIC PROGRAMS AND SERVICES

• Children's Swimming Program - School aged Learn-to-Swim, Stroke Technique classes and Squad Training.  Held Mon, Tues and Wed from 3.30pm, School terms.....Term 4 and Term 1.
• Adults fitness Squad Training.  Held Tues and Thurs mornings at 6am......Term 4 and Term 1. 
• Aqua fitness sessions.  Held Tuesdays evenings at 6pm.....Term 4 & Term 1.
• Xmas School Holidays - Royal Life Saving Society Intensive Swim Safe Program in January

HEALTH & FITNESS PROGRAMS AND SERVICES
The Casino Olympic Pool Fitness Centre has recently been renovated and is now fitted out with a series of premium quality commercial SportsArt strength equipment. The state-of-the art facility caters for the general health and fitness needs of the wider community, as well as specialty sports groups and enthusiasts. The strength equipment is specifically designed for seniors and women due to its ultra smooth biomechanics and personalised weight pin loaded system.

FITNESS CLUB FACILITIES -

· A series of premium pin loaded strength machines for all major muscle groups and free weights area.

· A cardio theatre with treadmills, upright bikes, steppers and rowing machines.

FITNESS CLUB MEMBERSHIPS -

Ezypay plans are offered as an easy payment option to purchase memberships.
