SQUAD TRAINING
Professional Swimming Coaching is available for all levels of developmental and competitive swimmers. The program is designed to improve all facets of the swimmer's skill and technique, to develop fitness levels and enable the individual to achieve their full potential.
Swimmers are initially assessed on their ability and placed into an appropriately graded squad:
Mini Squad - 30 min session (2-3 sessions per week)
Bronze Squad - 45 min session (3-5 sessions per week)
Silver Squad - 1 hour session (5-7 sessions per week)
Gold Squad - 1 1/2hrs - 1hr 45min session (8 sessions per week)
Casual, monthly and terms fees are available.
Squad members will be encouraged to become members of the resident swimming club - Richmond Valley Swim Club.
SQUAD TIMES
Bronze Squad:
With Mike - Wednesdays 4pm and Saturdays 10am
With Sally - Tuesday and Thursday 4.30pm
Silver Squad:
With Mike - Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 4.30pm and Saturday from 8.30am
With Sally - Tuesdays and Thursdays 5.15pm
Gold Squad:
With Mike - Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 4.30pm and Saturday from 8.30am
SQUAD FEES
- Squad fees may be paid monthly, by school term or on a casual basis.
- Squad fees do not include pool admission fees.
MONTHLY FEES (Payable by the 1st of each month)
Swimming club members:
Bronze Squad $80 per month
Silver Squad $90 per month
Gold Squad $100 per month
10% off squad fees for additional family member/s
OR
2012 SCHOOL TERM 4 FEES - (Bookings essential)
One lesson per week = $9.00 per session (term payment required)
10% off squad fees for additional family member/s
OR
Swimming club members may purchase a 10 visit squad multi pass $80.00 (Available to club members who attend two or more sessions per week.
